Set in a quiet, wooded circle is this one bedroomed apartment with all the modern amenities you would want on vacation. Newfield is just a 15 minute drive from center Ithaca and 25 minute drive to Watkins Glen NY. It is a quiet and relaxing haven when returning from a graduation or your site seeing of all the waterfalls, wineries and so much more in the area.
The apartment sleeps 4 with 2 in the bedroom where you will find a queen bed, TV and large wardrobe. There is also a lazy boy sleeper sofa in the living room with an inflatable mattress for extra comfort.
Nightly rental is $300 per night with 2 night minimum stay. Linen is provided and the apartment will be set up as per your instructions for 2 or 4 sleeping.
Refundable damage deposit of $200 is charged at booking but will be refunded at the end of the rental if nothing has been broken. We ask all clients to please clean up before you leave. However cleaning services are available for $60.
WiFi is included at no cost. Sleeps 4 with a queen size bed in private bedroom and a full lazy boy sleeper sofa with inflatable mattress in the living room.
There is a covered patio which can be accessed separately from the bedroom or living room. The woodland setting and comfortable bucket chairs will make for a peaceful start to your day.
There is also a gas fire pit and outdoor gas grill for your use. We have a municipal water supply so no concerns about drinking the water. A fully functioning kitchen includes microwave, oven, fridge, coffee maker, utensils and washer/drier.
There is a lot to see in the area and lots of local wineries, some breweries and distilleries make for an interesting day. On return from your ventures you can take a bath in the wonderful soaking tub in the fully equipped bathroom. We are told the toilet is a treat with it's heated seat and automated personal cleaning system! :)
