Beautiful 2,350 square foot house with central air conditioning and 100 feet of private water frontage with expansive views and large flat sandy beach.
The house has a large deck and patio both over looking the lake! The top deck has a gas grill, table and umbrella and outside patio furniture. The patio below offers comfortable places to sit with a propane fire pit available and Bluetooth speakers to listen to music! There is also a large grassy area with a fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs. This is a great place to make s’mores and lots of happy memories! There are outside yard games as well and fishing rods that are located under the deck.
The first floor is open concept with dining room, large living room which has a wood burning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, blender and much more. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Lower level has a large gathering area with a pull out couch, gas fire place and dart board. On this level there are two bedrooms and a half bath with washer and dryer. The loft, is on the third level, which contains three full size beds. Plenty of room for a family or even two families to share!
We offer wireless internet with Netflix and Disney plus several TVs available. There are toiletries, hair dryers, paper towels, bath towels, beach towels, sheets, pack n play, and baby equipment, and games for all ages available. Two level drive way, which can park 6 + cars.
Guest are welcome to use the four kayaks, one paddle boards and a water mat which are all left under the deck. There are 6 adult life jackets and 4 kids life jackets left by the basement french doors. There are beach toys and floats located outside basement door as well. Plenty of beach chair are available, along with 2 poly wood lounge chairs located on the sandy beach.
What’s around: There is a corner store with in 5 minute drive. There are a few restaurants close by: Cindy's breakfast place, Poor People's Pub, Knotty Pine Restaurant, Tumbledown cafe and The Carriage House which is found at Province Lake golf course. There is a local grocery store and farmer's market (in season weekends only) are a short drive away. For the golfers in the group there are two golf courses that are a short distance away, Province Lake Golf Course and Indian Ridge Golf Course. North Conway is just 45 mins north with shopping, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and much more.
Belleau lake is 187 acres in size. Boating is allowed you may see small motor boats and pontoon boats out for a pleasure cruise on any given day. There are lots of small and large mouth bass to catch if you enjoy fishing. Swim right from the beach or jump into the water off of our 30 ft dock! You may see a bald eagle flying around high in the sky from time to time. The sun glimmering off the water is something to see. Such a relaxing enjoyable beautiful place to be!
