5 minutes drive to great restaurants, pubs and cafes, shops, golf-club, pool and the Swan river. Less than 6km, to CBD, casino etc. 20 minutes to Trigg Beach or the boutique wineries in the Swan Valley.
DISCOUNT
If 2 guests are sharing the master-bedroom, take $15 off per night of the booking fee. If another 2 guests are sharing the other queen bed take $10 off per night of the booking fee. Please advise me of your sleeping arrangement, so I can process the refund.
Washing liquid, paper towel and oil are provided for your first day use.
Separate crockery and utensil for Muslims people.
THE SPACE
A sliding glass door and security screen next to the breakfast bar open into a paved area with a coffee/dining table for two. (smoker's area).
A door separated the rest of the house from this open plan area.
Bedroom 2 is at the end of the corridor (next to the garage) has queen bed and mirrored BIR.
Bedroom 3 has two king single beds and mirrored BIR
Bathroom 2 has vanity with sink, large shower and toilet.
Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided.
Laundry next to it has a new washing machine, linen cupboard and toilet. sliding door opens to a washing line at the side of the house.
Some washing powder and cleaning liquid are provided for your convenience. Clothes dryer is in the garage.
Both bathroom has fixed/hand-held shower heads. 3 toilets in total.
There is a separate entrance from the garage to this side of the house.
GUEST INFORMATION
Guests are not sharing the house with anyone.
However bedroom access depends on guest numbers. All common areas are available for every booking.

The guest are given their privacy and I can be reached by mobile or through Stayz messages.
CHILDREN SAFETY
We have taken all possible measures to cater for young children safety such as;
- latch to front door, double locks to garage door entrance and lockable back entrance door to the garage
-side gate has a padlock and is always locked
-a portable fire guard around the wood fire
-all window are lockable and blinds have cleats for the strings
We moved furniture and beds around so it is not by the window, however the safety of your child is your responsibility.
Please let us know if you have young children in your group.
And please make sure that young children are supervised at all the times.
