The large living room has lots of windows, a gas fireplace, fifty-inch flat screen, Sonos sound system, big, comfortable sofa and chairs, and game table. It flows in to the inviting dining area with a table that seats twelve. The fully equipped kitchen has a center island and plenty of cabinets. The first floor is a great place to relax and hang out with family and friends.
The second floor master has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and large, en suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, bathroom, laundry area and landing with an office nook. Plenty of closet space and chests in every room make it easy to unpack and move right in.
The third floor is an open room with twin beds, sofa and plenty of space - perfect for kids to play or for extra sleeping.
The lower level, with separate entrance, fully renovated in 2023 by ackdesign, has two bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and second bedroom with queen bed. There is a full bath with shower and tub in the hall and mudroom area. There is also a brand new laundry room. Works great for teens and kids who can come and go on their own to the outdoor shower, patio, backyard or bus stop.
