4 Bedroom House in Mogliano
Casa Sant'Antonio is a typical Marche farmhouse with a large salt water pool to be found at the end of a long lane with a fenced garden and glorious views ensuring complete privacy. The house is about 150 years old and was bought by the present owners, an Anglo-Italian family at the end of 2007. It has been carefully restored using as many as possible of the original features. The result is that the house has great charm.
The Farmhouse:
With 4 bedrooms (air conditioning in all bedrooms, on a timer, available at night-time only), Casa Sant'Antonio sleeps 8 people. The house is fully equipped for all generations.
The light and airy ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, eating area & sitting room and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 double) + a family bathroom and a TV/study room leading to the attic floor. A twin/double bedded room with en-suite shower.
All rooms are fitted with mosquito screens and the bedrooms have internal shutters.
Outside:
There is a large, deep (12 x 6m) salt water water pool. The pool can be heated (off season & at an additional cost)
Outside hot & cold water shower on the back of the house.
Large, traditional wood BBQ with beautiful views for the chef!
Substantial paved eating area shaded by a mulberry tree.
Sandpit & garden /pool toys for the young.
