Positive: The location is beautiful. We booked it for our girls' annual reunion (we're all in our 50s). The backyard area is relaxing and quiet. We never heard the neighbors so it made if feel more like a retreat.
Negative: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. The carbon monoxide alarm was beeping (low battery). When we called, they asked us if there was a ladder on property for us to change it (that is not wise asking tenants to risk a fall, although we are very capable of doing so). Someone did come out right away and disconnected it, but did not replace the battery. The back sliding screen door was off it's tracks all weekend. We reported it.
Summary: Beautiful location, quiet, relaxing, and had a nice "homey" feel to it.
