Positive: The home was beautiful and well appointed. It was in a great location in Union Pier.
Negative: We had a couple of issues with the house and Juniper Holiday + Home was poor in their customer service. First, the dryer vent was not hooked up and so it vented into the laundry room. It took an email several messages and finally a phone call to finally have someone come in fix the dryer three days later. The other issue was that midway through our stay when our last two guests arrived we discovered that there was no sofa bed as advertised in their listing. When I called about the missing sofa bed, I was told that they would need to research it. They had no idea that they were short sleeping arrangements in this home. The situation was resolved by them, providing an air mattress and linens. At no time was there an apology and frankly the customer service was terrible. I felt all the responses were very automated. Very disappointing for a luxury rental company.
Summary: Beautiful luxury but disappointing customer service from Juniper Holiday + Home.
