Two Bathrooms, master has two sinks and walk in shower and guest bath has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedrooms and bathroom are separated from the master bedroom on a different side of the house. There are three TV's in the property which includes a streaming company UTUBE TV to provide all the major local TV networks and tons of movie & sports options. High speed internet (200+ MPS) is also provided throughout the property.

The kitchen has a gas range, fridge w/icemaker, and dishwasher along with small appliances, glassware, dishes, cookware & silverware. The dining room table can be extended to accommodate 8 people. Need more seating, 6 high end folding chairs are also provided. Inside laundry room with utility sink, washer, and dryer. Two car garage enough room for any car/truck along with ample room for a 2 seat gas golf cart and BBQ grill provided for your use at no charge. For Happy Hour and end of the day socializing there is a screened outside Lanai that seats 6 people along with two outdoor chairs on the back concrete patio. There is even a front seating area in front of the house. Storage abounds in this property with many closets and cabinets throughout the unit. The owner of this home is to provide to a renter a positive "Feel at Home Atmosphere".
