This is a beautifully restored Settler's Cottage (Circa 1840s) with a sympathetic addition which retains the character and charm of the original home. Disability friendly throughout - inside and outside.
The cottage offers two spacious double bedrooms (one with additional single bed), large eat-in kitchen (full cooking/dining equipment) with traditional wood stove, flagstone floors and a comfortable lounge room with slow combustion stove, while the addition houses a modern bathroom, toilet and laundry. Quality linen is provided.
The cottage is surrounded by lawns, a rambling garden and ancient pepper trees. A gas BBQ is provided in the vine enclosed courtyard for outdoor entertaining.
