This is a luxurious condominium in Villa LaEstancia. Located on Medano Beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. Villa LaEstancia is operated as a five-star condominium resort. All the benefits of a resort with the luxury of a private home.
The villa has two bedrooms and three full baths and furniture has been recently updated. The bedrooms are all huge. The baths are all marble with granite countertops. Master bathroom has large whirlpool tub. There is also a full kitchen with all appliances, a breakfast bar, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the huge balcony. The balcony has ceiling fans and a wet bar with refrigerator.

Summary: We were incredibly happy and impressed with our entire stay. The condo was huge - we had more than enough space and it had everything we needed. In hindsight, I can't believe we ever considered a stay in a single hotel room with our 2 year old when there was the opportunity for a multi-room condo with a kitchen, multiple bathrooms, a living/dining room, and space to spread out (at a comparable price!) View was great and balcony also huge. The hotel staff was fantastic - everyone was truly kind, welcoming, happy and helpful. Our 2 year old had a blast at the pool each day - they have a area for kids that's super shallow for younger ones to safely play. Don't miss the breakfast buffet - it was delicious and had anything you could ever want. We rented a car and it was a great way for us to drive to different restaurants for dinner in the harbor area each night. They have valet parking at most of the main restaurants as well as our hotel. Our communication with the host was quick and efficient. We highly recommend this condo and hotel, and can't wait to return. Thank you!
