Newly built house on the outskirts of Sant Josep on the south of Ibiza. Being in the countryside gives you a very quiet place but at the same time you are just a few minutes from the center of the town with all the basic services. Also, the house is fully equipped so you will have your own and personal dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, barbecue, swimming pool...
The house has got a modern design, full of light and with a great view of the countryside around the house with small traditional farms, hills, forests...
CHARACTERISTICS
- All the rooms have got big windows and balcony giving you a lot of light and amazing views from the garden and the countryside.
- Infinity pool (60 m2), in case of small kids, you can close the area next to it.
- Outside the house, there are a pergola and two covered terraces on the first floor. One of them, with a barbecue and a big table for meals.
- There is other barbecue on the garden.
- In case you need more, in less than 1 km, you can go to Sant Josep with basic services (two supermarkets, several restaurants and shops). Also, near the town, you can easily arrive to a lot of beaches and some of the cities in Ibiza. Get the best of the countryside but be able to see something else if you want.

Summary: A lovely villa, the perfect retreat when the beaches get busy. The pool was ideal for our small children with a shallow ledge for them to learn to swim in safety. Hard for taxis and friends to find but the Ibiza taxi app has its own problems. That kitchen is well laid out but we did have to buy some basic necessities that could easily have been provided. We appreciated some useful supplies in the fridge on our arrival so we were far from complaining. Easily the best villa we’ve rented so far and I hope a positive review doesn’t make it harder to rent again! :)
