The beach is about 900 meters away and is therefore easily reachable on foot, but those who want to be even more comfortable and go by car can do so without any problems as the apartment has a parking space 70 meters from the beach itself. Given its location, the apartment is also suitable as a starting point to view the entire east coast of Sardinia from the Costa Smeralda to San Teodoro / Budoni.
Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon communication: € 20.00 per person.
