Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location and the staff willingness to help resolve a problem with heating failure at their facilities.

Negative: The rooms were unpleasantly cold, with no improvement during our stay. The rooms and overall facility seems to be unkept for a long time. We have booked a 2 room apartment. Due to the unlivable cold in the twin room we asked the staff to help us to resolve it. They offered us a new room, which was heated. It was better than the cold twin. Although since we have a 7 month old baby, we had to compromise our planned activities. Not possible to pay by card due to technical issues, this is the same from 2024 we went there the first time.
