Summary: My girlfriends decided to go to the hill country weeks ago and decided Blanco was to be the destination. We loved our stay in Blanco and will definitely be back in a couple of months. Unfortunately, the hill country experienced devastating loss due to catastrophic floods during our stay, but our hotel was safe and comfortable. Everyone kept us informed about the situation (the area was placed on boil water notice and we were given as much bottled water as we needed). The manager, Grace, and her staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The AC in the room was cold, the beds were comfy and shower was excellent. Breakfast was good but wished there was a little more variety. Other than that, it was a great trip. Our thoughts and prayers to those families grieving their family members and friends lost in the flood.
