Come on in, drop your bags and breathe in that wonderful salt air! This beautifully decorated beach home is on the 3rd floor with spectacular views of the ocean from the front and back decks. Not all of the buildings in the complex have water views - so our 3rd floor view is a major plus! We have 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths (sheets & towels included), central heat and air, and a washer/dryer in the condo! LVP flooring, new kitchen counter tops and updated cabinets! Relax and have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the large deck that spans the entire length of the condo; you can access the deck from the living room or master bedroom. You'll spend lots of time out on the deck - you are able to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean during the day and colorful beach fireworks at night! The deck has "deck height" table and chairs for your comfort. This condo sleeps 4-6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a private full bath with access to the spacious deck while the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, ceiling fan and access to the full hall bath. The living room and the dining room each have ceiling fans; the living room has a love seat and a queen size pull-out sofa to accommodate extra guests. We have a big screen t.v. in the living room and free WiFi; there is a large collection of books and magazines that you can enjoy while you lounge on the deck, on the beach, in the hot tub, or at one of the 3 large pools. The pools are equipped with showers, restrooms, a gazebo, and plenty of lounge chairs. After a long sunny day on the beach there's nothing better than a delicious meal cooked on the grill - there are 2 sheltered gas grills which are conveniently located near the hot tub. If you'd like to cook your meals inside, there is a new stove in the fully equipped kitchen, sugar, oil, spices, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker w/filters also! The Straw Market is right next door where you can visit Flip Flops Bar & Grill, the convenience store, liquor store, coffee bar, beach shop, rent a golf cart, moped or bike, enjoy some pizza or ice cream, and more! The Apache Pier is the East Coast's longest pier and is located across the street. If you would like to enjoy some great music & dancing after your walk on the pier, the famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar is just a short walk down the beach as well as the popular River City Cafe where you can enjoy one of the best cheeseburgers on the beach. There are several convenient beach access entrances directly across the street from the condo and Straw Market. The Tanger Outlet Mall is only 2 miles away or you could take a short drive to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach or restaurant row. There are several sports venues, attractions and shows you won't want to miss! And you HAVE to cruise down Ocean Boulevard a.k.a. the strip! We are conveniently located in the middle of Myrtle Beach but far away from the traffic and noise! We look forward to having you visit our blissful beach retreat!
