It is in a country setting with a partially fenced (but not totally secure fence bc barbed wire is on one side)with a small farm behind the property. It is exactly 8 miles down the road to the popular intersection of Windward Parkway and Hwy 9, where you will find grocery stores, Walmart, Lowe's, banks, restaurants and fast food locales. North Park, a popular park with lots of trails, fields, and playgrounds is on the same road just before you hit the popular intersection. It is conveniently located between Alpharetta and Cumming, near Midway. There is ample parking for >6 cars, plus trailers, in the gravel driveway and carport.
