Located on 10.5 acres of beautiful land atop Elmore Mountain Road, this home is centrally located between Stowe, Lake Elmore, and Morrisville, affording easy access to an array of winter activities—downhill and cross-country skiing at nearby resorts including Stowe, Jay Peak, and Smugglers Notch, snowshoe or cross-country ski in the back yard or along the Rail Trail, winter hiking galore, easy access to the VAST trail for snowmobiling, and even ice fishing nearby! Award-winning breweries and distilleries, spas, shopping, and dining options abound!
This tastefully renovated farmhouse has an open flow between the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Plenty of windows and glass sliders offer spectacular mountain views—especially in the winter!— and let in natural light for a bright and airy feel. This main level also includes two spacious bedrooms and a full bath. The upper level is dedicated to the primary bedroom, a full bath, and rooftop deck with sweeping vistas.
