Summary: The hotel was super new and top class, but the best thing was the people and the customer service. After checking out I had a problem with my car which ws parked in the hotels excellent car park. The car wouldn't start and these incredible staff helped to find a new battery, they took me to the car parts shop, translated for me and helped me install it. Sometimes you can lose faith in people but this hotels technician (who I did not get his name, but was so helpful) and the amazing hotel manager Albena Yovkova showed me kindness and service that demonstrates the very best in people. If I could give this hotel and it's staff a 100 stars it would not be enough, it deserves a million. Thank you Blue Star Luxuary hotel and to everyone that made this stay such a good one.
