The ultimate gathering place for family and friends in a quintessential westside location. Located in the Parks neighborhood, this home is tucked in a quiet park like setting with huge Ponderosa trees, many walking paths, and a community pool for you to use during the summer months.
The living area features an HDTV, a gas fireplace, and large windows that provide plenty of natural light. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and a large dining room table create the perfect setting for your family vacation.
The master bedroom is located on the main level with a king size bed. The second bedroom with a queen size bed is located upstairs. The second floor has it’s own work space area and a bonus room with a sleeper sofa and HDTV.Linens and blankets are provided for your additional guests. A 2 car garage provides off street parking and storage for your extra gear. The small patio outside gives you outdoor seating and a gas grill for those summer BBQ evenings.If you would like to get out and about and visit Mt Bachelor Ski Resort or the many lakes that Central Oregon has to offer, it is only 30 minute drive.
