We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). IF YOUR NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR MUSIC, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY ORDINANCE. The minimum citation is $1,000.
Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period is one way to get a citation.
Nighttime hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember that PS neighborhoods are quiet and surrounded by mountains, and voices can easily carry.
Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time. When parking your vehicle, use the driveway and/or garage before using street parking. And never block any driveway or street access.
Palm Springs requires all dogs to be on a leash whenever they are outside, except in the City’s Dog Park. We also expect everyone to pick up after their pet.
