The Space:
This tidy single-story dwelling is a duplex. Your unit has its own private entrance and fully fenced backyard that you won’t share with anyone else.
As you step through the front door into the bright, airy, open concept living space, you’ll immediately notice the care that went into decorating and updating the space. If staying in soothing, attractive surroundings is an important component of your perfect getaway, you’re going to feel at ease here.
The rustic-chic sitting area is centered around a coffee table and includes an L-shaped sofa where you can snuggle in after an adventurous day and watch the large, wall-mounted Smart TV.
You have a clear view into the kitchen, separated from the sitting area by a long extension of the counter. You’ll find it a pleasure preparing meals here among handsome finishes, and with generous counter space and plenty of cabinets. A suite of full-size stainless steel appliances includes a refrigerator/freezer with ice cube maker, a range with cooktop and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Mornings will be easy-breezy with a coffee maker and toaster at the ready. A counter-height dining table with seating for four stands near a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard patio. There is also a hand mixer and blender.
The backyard provides a second living space in finer weather, where you can dine al fresco at the picnic table, grill up burgers or steaks, and sink into a circle of inviting Adirondack chairs encircling a propane firepit for atmospheric conversation or contemplative rest.
Back inside near the kitchen, a dedicated alcove houses a full-sized, stacked washer and dryer for the ultimate in convenience.
Two well-appointed, serene bedrooms each offer a large mirrored closet and air conditioning. The larger of the two is furnished with a king-size bed; the other, a queen. Mini split units in every room to provide heating, cooling, and fans.
The bathroom has been beautifully updated, bright and contemporary, with a vanity that provides storage below, and a glass-enclosed shower stall.
Hotel-grade linens are professionally laundered after every visit.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit. There is a gate that leads to the community park behind the home. Guests have their own private backyard with a fully enclosed privacy fence.
Parking
Please only park 2 cars on our side. Overflow parking is out on the main road which you would need to walk a short distance to have a 3rd car. There is no room for an RV or trailer as we are located of a 1-lane road and it is not guaranteed there is room to park them on the street.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
