The complex features a heated pool, a hot tub, a tennis/pickleball court, and a clubhouse with a gas grill. This furnished condo is spacious with an open floor plan and includes new sectional couch and wood furnishings in both in living room and bedrooms. The spacious kitchen was just updated and includes a large closet pantry, new cabinets aand countertop and new appliances. The balcony is one of the largest ones in the complex and overlooks the pool area, docks and intracoastal waters.
