We've worked hard to curate a smoke-free experience for guests, especially those with asthma. You're welcome to smoke outside however please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

No unauthorized events or parties. We have hosted over 600+ nights with the various Airbnb homes in the Twin Cities that we own. We value honesty and transparency with your travel plans. If you have any questions, please contact us via inquiry.
Quiet time starts at 10 PM to 7 AM. The home is fully stocked with linens, toiletries, cookware, silverware, and basic condiments for cooking.
Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with toddlers and would like use of baby gates, a baby swing, or a high chair. We are happy to have these items available for your use at your request.
Extra guests are $25/per person beyond 6 people and you can always reach out with any inquiries.
