Welcome to Boji Paradise located at Bridges Bay Resort! This FOUR bedroom, THREE bath cabin, sleeps TWELVE+, is perfectly placed within Bridges Bay Resort, close to the Boji Splash waterpark and swim up bar, The Waterfront and Bracco’s restaurants. The home offer SIX daily waterpark passes to the Boji Splash Waterpark. Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, small appliances such as a crockpot, electric skillet, ninja blender, toaster and coffee maker and Keurig one cup coffee maker (K-cups and coffee not provided).
Spacious kitchen island seats four, with granite countertops, open floor plan to living room and dining area. Supplied with steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are all furnished. Dining table seats six and provides direct access to your covered patio with gas grill, outdoor table and six chairs. Living room offers high speed internet, flat screen TV, leather couch and loveseat, flows out to your covered deck.
Main level offers Master bedroom providing a king-sized bed and master bath, with shower, dual vanity, walk in closet, all towels, hand soap and toilet paper provided. Main floor washer and dryer with detergent is located in the mud room for your stay if needed. Lower Level offer an oversized Family Room with large sectional, single day bed with single trundle, Bedroom (2) provides a Queen bed, Bedroom (3) offers a full over full bunk bed, and Bedroom (4) offers a Queen bed.
Full size bathroom with shower/tub combo, hand soap, toilet paper and all towels furnished. Extra items that you may use during your stay are two strollers, extra fold out chairs and extra propane tanks in the garage. With your booking you secure six passes to the waterpark daily, if you need more waterpark passes, they can be purchased at the waterpark front desk. Adult games such as cornhole and poker chips, extra lawn chairs in the garage, a pack n play and a highchair that straps to a kitchen chair is available for your use as well.
Just into town you will hit Broadway Street in Arnolds Park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, Shopping at the Emporium, and so much More! Within a few miles you will find grocery stores and Convivence stores to stock up for your stay. Bridges Bay Resort offers an updated outdoor swimming pool, indoor water park, zipline, Bracco Restaurant and The Waterfront Bar and Grille. Multiple swimming pools are placed throughout the resort, a gym and family arcade are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay. Reminder this is a non-smoking unit, and no pets are allowed. You will find boat parking across the street from the basketball courts.

All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
