Positive: Location & spacious
Negative: Something quite common in Portugal was the lack of AC and the design of the house did not offered any good air draft. We had a heatwave in Portugal and both sleeping rooms were saunas! They had cleverly installed a portable AC in the living room, but not on the bedrooms! I would highly recommend they do the same for the bedrooms for the summer period!
