Great penthouse apartment, completely renovated and decorated with very good taste. It is very convenient as it is located at just 100 m from the cable car, in the Bonaigua Building. This unbeatable location offers a concierge service. This spacious and bright triplex apartment has an area of 138 m2 distributed over three floors, and has magnificent views from the different rooms of the house. It has capacity for 8 people and a large terrace which is accessed from the master bedroom.
The first floor consists of a spacious living room with large windows making it very sunny and bright, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Going up the stairs we reach the second floor, where there are two spacious double bedrooms.
In one hand a very spacious master bedroom, with a 1.60 m bed and a sofa bed, large closets and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. This master bedroom has access to a terrace of around 50 m2 facing the wonderful views of the Ruda Valley and the mountains surrounding it. On the other hand, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bathroom with a 1.50m shower.
Finally, on the last level there is a large loft with 4 single beds and a wooden floor. An ideal space for children since it has a dedicated area for games, a television set and a video game console.
The apartment has an indoor parking space in the same Bonaigua building and a practical ski storage cabinet in the Val de Ruda housing development. There you can leave your skiing equipment and access it in comfortable shoes, without having to carry your skis and boots every day. For maximum comfort, next to these storage rooms there are lifts that will take you directly to the gondola lift station, the ticket office or the shopping centre in Val de Ruda.
The centre of Baqueira 1,500 has also a great deal of services including restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, cash points, ski rental shops, ski schools and a supermarket.
