This wonderful new construction sits just over 7 miles to downtown Portland. This villa was built and furnished with the perfect blend of style and comfort.
One the main level you will find a bright and open floor plan with high end finishes everywhere. The kitchen boasts quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and modern cabinetry. Enjoy time together in the main living area that joins the kitchen with ample seating in stools, a dining table, and the living room just beyond. There are a number of large windows allowing for ample natural light. The living room also has a large 4k LED TV with integrated Roku streaming capability.
As you ascend upstairs you will find the master suite and two additional bedrooms. Each room is exquisitely appointed with wonderfully comfortable beds. The master suite has vaulted ceilings as well as a full tile shower with frame-less glass. In addition to the master bath there is another full bath to support the other two bedrooms. The other half bath is on the main level.
This Milwaukie Heights Villa sits just 10 houses down from the Southeast Park Avenue Max Station. If you choose to drive, you can be in downtown Portland, Lake Oswego, or Clackamas in less than 15 minutes. Book this incredible new property for your Pacific Northwest Portland state. Whether it be for work or pleasure, you won't find a better option in the area. There is an attached studio below that is rent-able as well if you need a bit more space. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
