Also included is frontage on the West Branch of the Rifle River for some of the best trout fishing in the state. A canoe and 3 kayaks are available for guest's use at no charge. When not enjoying the lake and river, you can entertain yourself with the pool table, Foosball table or other games included in the walk out basement. Other amenities include a lake side deck, a river side patio with outdoor fireplace, BBQ grill, washer and dryer, 3 televisions, and central air conditioning.
