Outdoor enthusiasts will also find a boat landing two doors down, a private dock (118 ft in length and around 5 ft deep at the end), and a small grass landing strip within walking distance. Camp Manitowish is across the lake, a great draw for former campers! Boulder Lake is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with a picnic area, a swim beach, hiking trails, a boat landing, and great fishing opportunities (walleye, northern pike, bass, and panfish). Located two miles away, Boulder Junction offers delightful shops, restaurants, 45 miles of paved bike trails, markets, and so much more.
This lakefront beauty enjoys an extensive lake-view deck, equipped with an outdoor dining area, plenty of seating, and a gas grill - the perfect spot for summertime cookouts! A lakefront firepit offers an unbeatable site to enjoy the views while roasting s'mores. Inside, the main living space is located on the second floor, with a spacious open floor plan. Wind down in the inviting living area, furnished with comfy seating, plenty of books and board games, and a smart TV. The open kitchen has all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals and treats for the group, so don't hesitate to channel your inner chef and surprise them with their favorite recipes. This floor enjoys one bedroom as well. The first level offers a welcoming living area with beautiful seating and two additional bedrooms.
