The Living Room also features a modern 60” linear gas fireplace with a 65” TV over the mantel. The primary kitchen (fully-equipped) boasts an oversized island with 2 dishwashers and seating for up to 6, perfect for entertaining. The Dining Room contains seating for up to 12, with double sliding doors out to a beautiful screened in porch on one side, and an additional sliding door on the other side leading to the uncovered deck. The screened-in porch includes an additional dining table for 8+ over looking Keuka Lake, while the uncovered porch includes a seating area and oversized natural gas grill (no hassle with propane tanks). The first-floor master suite features a King bed, 55” TV, beautiful views of the lake, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a 9-foot double vanity, freestanding tub, and spacious curb-less shower. The main level is rounded out with a laundry room, 2 additional bedrooms, and 1 additional full bathroom with an 8-foot double vanity.
As you proceed upstairs, the feeling of openness continues, with more views of Keuka Lake out the first floor Living Room’s upper windows. The second floor living area is the perfect place to read a book, play a game of chess, put together a puzzle, or play a board game! The second-floor master suite features beautiful vaulted ceilings, double sliding glass doors with its own private screened-in balcony (with breathtaking views of the lake), a Queen bed, 45” TV, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a 9-foot double vanity, freestanding tub, and spacious curb-less shower. The second floor is rounded out with a private work-from-home space, 1 additional bedroom with a Queen bed, and 1 additional full bathroom.
The lower level features an additional large living area with a large sectional sofa, ping pong table, and kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, and microwave). Double sliding doors lead out to a large patio with a seating area and 7-person hot tub. The lower level contains an additional large bedroom with an 8-foot sliding glass door out to the patio, a large bunk room with full-size lower bunks and twin-size upper bunks, and another full bathroom with a double vanity. Off the lower-level living area is a large storage area with kayaks, life jackets, and other fun lake toys provided, with double doors leading directly outside for easy access!
A seasonal dock is provided, where guests can tie up to 2 boats. With the Penn Yan Village Boat Launch less than 1.5 miles away and Morgan Marine less than half a mile to the north, you will have access to everything you could need to enjoy a day on the lake!
