Plenty of free street parking, walking distance to a few stores and restaurants but Car is recommended. Quick easy freeway access to the 805 and 52 freeways, only 15 mins drive to La Jolla Shores!
Full size Kitchen, Stainless sink and faucet, Built in Clothes Washer / Dryer combo, Full size fridge, stove and oven, Lots of storage cabinets, shiny subway tile backsplash, beautiful floors! The Open Living room area has TV, Dining Table for two, Sofa sleeper and ottomans. The partially partitioned Bedroom area has a Queen size bed, side tables with lamps, and open air closet with full length mirror and connecting full size bathroom with shower.
Guests access their private unit from a gate in the driveway. Private patio with seating and BBQ welcome our guests to enjoy the beautiful weather in San Diego and eat and relax outdoors.

Pets Considered, please inquire first, we screen pets for breed, size and behavior. We welcome most breeds and sizes, renter's insurance that covers liability for pets is included in our pet fee, regular price is $195, if you have your own renter's insurance including liability coverage for pets, or if your stay is shorter than one month, or your pet is small we do offer discounts on this fee, please inquire! We are available for check in, if needed, self check in is default, we are on call for you throughout your stay if you need anything.
