Newly Built 2023 Desert Modern Home!**
The far west side of El Paso is one of the fastest-growing areas in the city! If you plan on making your El Paso stay one for the books, the Sun City Escape is sure to be your best options for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Our home is nestled in a beautiful and quiet family-friendly neighborhood at the foothills of the Franklin Mountains with nearby parks, hiking trails, delicious restaurants, and more!
Inside you'll find a king-sized memory foam mattress in your Primary Suite, a flat-screen TV in your living space with your favorite streaming services, fast Wi-Fi internet access, free parking, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Your kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities to cook like a pro. Stainless steel appliances, a toaster, crockpot, blender, high-quality pots/pans, cooking utensils, and more!
And not to mention a fully stocked coffee station with COMPLIMENTARY COOKIES FOR ALL GUESTS!
In the backyard, you'll enjoy your own private patio with comfy outdoor seating, outdoor string lights, and beautiful desert scenery. This home is adjacent to the "Casita Bonita", but there are NO shared spaces so privacy is still maintained.
There is an attached "Casita Bonita" next to this home. If you would also like to book this guest suite, message the host! We typically have it rented out one month at a time. The casita shares one common wall with the main home, similar to an apartment or townhome. But don’t worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both units have their own private entrance, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, and bathroom, and there is NO access to it from the home. But because these two units have a common front porch, you may see them occasionally. Don't be afraid to say hi, they are your neighbors after all. :)
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire unit. This will include the driveway, garage, and backyard space.
The dedicated courtyard in front of the guest house is reserved for the guest house. This area is separated by an iron gate as pictured.
