The gated community sits right on the shores of the lake and offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountain peaks and valleys. Not only are you steps from the water's edge, but just a short 10 minute drive to acres of world-class skiing and miles of mountain bike trails weaving through Snowbasin Resort's alpine slopes. It's just one of the valley's three ski resorts with thousands of acres of fluffy white powder.
The home provides an incredibly open floorplan with ample space to stretch out, relax and take in the views from the large picture windows. The main living area is anchored by a warm and cozy stone fireplace, large streaming TV's plenty of seating and access to the large open deck out back. Adjacent to the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen, adorned with beautifully dark cabinets, a thick quartz countertop and bright backsplash The kitchen is stocked with dishes and high-end appliances.
