Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. We’re committed to being great neighbors and strictly enforce the House Rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problems arise we will do our best and take action ASAP.
Primary Guests must be 25 years or older and Damage protection is required with every booking.
- For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by Camera Surveillance.
- NO ANIMALS ALLOWED DUE TO SEVERE HOST ALLERGY
- NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS
- No smoking of any kind anywhere inside the home. Smoking will result in an immediate $300 fine + any cost for extra cleaning, repairs and use of any devices or products to repair damages and to remove any odors.
- Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation
- No Loud music
- No disturbance, especially noise past 10pm.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while in unit, balcony, in the building on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a handling & shipping fee for returning requested items to you.
- If you damage any items in the home or if any item is missing, you will be charged the amount to replace the items.
- EARLY CHECK-INS - are not guaranteed. VRBO allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.
- LATE CHECKOUTS - must be approved before. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.
- GUESTS STAYING OVERNIGHT: Only the number of guests included in your booking is allowed to stay overnight. All bookings will be required to submit a list of all people staying at the house prior to receiving access. Please let the host know if the amount of guests changes and submit a reservation change if needed.
-If you are staying longer than 28 nights, you agree to waive all tenant rights and to move out on your check out date unless management has approved an extension.
