SECOND LEVEL (1br + 1ba)
This new & rare offering is newly built & just completed in 2022! The home is situated towards the rear of the property located above a garage, so there are no shared walls with any other units (there is a separate – detached house in the front fully fenced off from this offering).
Stairs will lead you the second level main front entry, perfectly perched facing South to allow a bright & sunny space filled with lots of natural light. The living room includes 2 plush sofa's, one of which is a sofa sleeper, high-end 50” SMART Samsung TV (with cable), dining table for 4 guests that easily folds for 2 person dining allowing for extra space, and gourmet kitchen with gleaming white quartz countertops, cabinets galore, stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet kitchen lighting, & fully stocked for all your cooking needs.
Off the main living area is our master retreat. This private area boasts a King size bed, spacious walk-in closet, & sleek new 43” Samsung SMART TV (with cable). Rounding out the main living area is a full bath with beautiful vanity with quartz countertop + surround tile shower.
THIRD LEVEL (exclusive Sky Deck!)
Enjoy a morning cup of coffee to a sunrise, daytime cocktail to a sunny day, or evening glass of wine to a sunset on our beautiful third level sky deck. A fun spiral staircase will lead you to an exclusive and expansive rooftop, complete with modern lounge seating, shade umbrella, lighting, and sweeping city, ocean, & bay views as well as Sea World fireworks during certain times of the year!).

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Cass St & Turquoise St. Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Leilani's Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. • NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
