Walking in to the home you see the main dining area. The kids will probably run straight to the foosball table (or attempt to check out the pool).
As you continue on through the home you see the gigantic couch in the main living room area with a large 75" smart TV opening right into the gourmet chef's kitchen. A custom island seating 6 is featured prominently in front of the 5 burner gas range and double ovens.
There is one king room downstairs with an en suite bathroom.
Off of the main dining area is a half bathroom as well.
Doors leading to the outside feature safety handles and locks for pool safety as this pool is not gated. This is a brand new custom pool and spa!! We absolutely love the backyard. There is also a custom grill area for all your BBQ needs.
As you head up the stairs you can go left into the secondary living room area in the loft (with another smart TV) featuring an awesome MASSAGE chair. Also on the left is Queen Room 1, with one Queen bed and a full bathroom.
To the right of the stairs you find Queen Rooms 2 (with 2 Queen beds) and 3 (with 1 Queen bed) that share a jack and jill full bathroom.
