The property is surrounded by 9-foot walls and a lockable gate for complete security, complemented by local area security. The neighbourhood is hassle free from vendors trying to sell you a massage or singlet every 15 steps, and there are very friendly local small business with good local food. There is a large supermarket (Ayu Nade), near the small foodcourt at the top of the alley (near the main road), where you will find most supplies including fresh fruits and veges if your into cooking. The small foodcourt also has a great little juice stand for a morning boost.
Smoking is permitted outdoors. However, parties and loud noise are not encouraged to ensure a peaceful environment for the neighbourhood. Feel free to make the villa your home, but please respect the property and our staff. Any violations will be addressed promptly.

16. ⁠Airport, 7 minutes walking, in a car or faster on a bike, but not on the flight path.

We are near a mosque, so if you are sensitive to the noise of call to prayer then this may not be for you. I live in close proximity most of the time, and it doesn't bother me.

The water dispencer has a red button you need to push back for safety.
