Summary: The Good: great location on the south side of Branson; was easy to get to where we wanted to go. Almost at the end of the road in the Fall Creek Resort, so it was rather quiet. The amenities were good. It's so nice having a kitchen over staying in a hotel room. I purposely picked this one because it had the bathroom sinks outside of the shower/toilet area. With a teenage daughter, this is important. ;0) Also being able to use the resort's mini golf was a huge plus. The Bad: Immediately upon arrival I had to fix the storm door because the top shock is broken and the door wouldn't close. Also, the light over the dining table didn't work, and the carpet in our bedroom hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. So I texted our host (Marie) who promptly replied and stated that the cleaners would stop by after 8pm to vacuum. They never stopped. The whole place was rather dirty: the sleeper sofa, kitchen floor was sticky, bedroom floor, silverware had to be washed before use. The bedroom closet door was broken. The listing states that the bedroom bed is a queen. It's a full/double with a very uncomfortable mattress. Also said that the kitchen is "stocked." There was one K-pod for coffee, only 3 forks, & no sheet pan or pizza pan. Also, the indoor pool cannot be used if it's storming out; one of the main reasons we booked this place. And oh, take the blue wrapper off the front of the dishwasher. Overall it was okay. But needs a deep cleaning and upgrades before we would ever return.
