Welcome to one of the most private lots in all of Brasada Ranch. You can enjoy a sunrise view of Shumway Lake and the Powell Buttes or watch the sun go down behind the Cascade Mountains. You’re going to be amazed when you walk in this custom-designed two-level ranch style home.
The large great room features a living room, kitchen, and dining area so the cook never has to miss anything. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials, stainless steel appliances, a large island and a walk-in pantry. The pantry includes cooking oil, storage basics, and pantry basics. The living room features plenty of seating to watch TV and enjoy the fireplace. The dining room table seats 8 for large groups.
Elsewhere on the main level, there are two bedrooms. The primary suite features a comfortable king-sized bed, soaking tub, shower, walk-in closet, and a desk/workstation to get your work done.
The other main-level bedroom features a king sized bed and a private access door that goes out to the back patio.
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. The first bedroom features two full-sized beds with a beautiful view out the windows. The other bedroom has one queen-sized bed.
Are you looking for some entertainment for the family? You’re in luck, this property features two game room areas: the garage and upstairs bonus room. In the oversized garage you will find a ping-pong table, basketball arcade games, paddleboard and fishing poles for use in Shumway Lake, and an EV charger. The upstairs bonus room features a foosball table, shuffleboard table, TV, and lots of board games.
It doesn’t stop there, in the backyard you will find a hot tub overlooking Shumway Lake, a dining room table that seats 14, fire pit, BBQ, and cornhole!
Other miscellaneous items that are provided to make note of: standard coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, blender, pancake griddle, electric food chopper, crockpot, kids utensils/plates/cups, high chair w/booster seat, and pack-n-play .

Ranch amenities: when you book your stay you will have complete access to the 17,000 sq. ft. Athletic Center which features two oversized, seasonal outdoor pools, an awesome waterslide, waterfall and lazy river with water features, large year-round indoor lap pool with water volleyball net available (beach towels) and year-round indoor fenced tot`s pool with interactive water features, year-round outdoor in-ground hot tubs, ample outdoor deck space for just relaxing (umbrellas), fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment (towels, earbuds), yoga studio offering various complimentary fitness classes, two outdoor tennis courts (rackets available), pickleball, half-basketball court, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, fishing pond in the summer months, great seasonal poolside fare/service (charge) from the Sundance Grill, and the amazing Hideout and arcade, climbing wall and outdoor playground for the kids, all included with the required resort charge/fee.
Bikes of all sizes are available at the Athletic Center to rent (helmets provided).

Cancellation Policy
Ramona Rentals LLC cannot offer you a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of the reservation. We can offer you a reschedule to another date, within 5 months of the original reservation, if needed. If you are making your reservation for summer time months please be aware of the risk of wildfire smoke in the surrounding areas impacting air quality. We strongly recommend you have travel insurance with your transaction to protect you if needed. Please reach out directly if you have any questions.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
