Summary: Checked into room and found it hadn’t been made up. Staff were very helpful and apologetic. Wasn’t happy that we had to pay overnight parking as wasn’t made aware when booking. Room has no air conditioning so very uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows were too hard for my taste. Bar area and courtyard were very nice.
