This is about as close as you can get to Ocean City without paying the island prices and dealing with the parking! Enjoy your day at the beach and then walk or bike to Somers Point restaurants, diners, bars, boat ramp, etc. A 5 minute drive over the bridge will bring you to Ocean City.
Golfers: The property is located just behind Great Bay Country Club
Boaters: Two boat ramps are just down the street
Foodies: Walk to Smitty's, Gregories, Anchorage, Crab Trap, etc.
The space
This is a downstairs air conditioned unit consisting of two bedrooms (two queens), one full bath and a full kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cookware, etc.
Seating for 4 at the kitchen table. Living room consists of a couch, loveseat, small chair, office desk space and 55" television.
Small covered back deck to sit outside on cooler nights.
Internet is Comcast cable speed and is the fastest available in the area. The router is located in the front entrance way but you can run an ethernet cord if needed for work from home situations.
Off-street parking for up to two cars is available behind the house.
**This unit does not have a dishwasher or washer/dryer. There is another space on the top floor above this unit. This is a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely no parties or loud noise after dusk! **
Guest access
You will have access to the entire first floor of the property. The front entranceway is shared between two spaces and then the interior door brings you into your own private space.
Other things to note
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind will be tolerated. An additional $200 cleaning fee will apply if the unit smells of weed, smoke, etc.
Please remove your shoes inside the front interior entranceway.
No parties or loud noise/music of any kind. This is a quiet neighborhood, please be courteous at all times.
