This 2 bedroom + den flat is over 1200 square feet. On the second and third floor of an historic Charlottetown home built in the 20's, and surrounded by mature trees and dappled light, you might forget that you are just blocks from Charlottetown's downtown core. The flat has been recently renovated, including a modern, birch kitchen, brand-new bathroom and stackable washer and dryer. Decorated in an airy French style with an eclectic mix of new and antique finds, with hotel linens and a fully stocked kitchen, this is a perfect place to relax and soak in Charlottetown's historic charm. The comfortable kitchen island (note there is no dining room) makes entertaining and eating casual and intimate. In the summer months, you can move your entertaining out onto the spacious, second-story deck with views of streets that have been there since the 1800's. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the office has a sleeper sofa that will comfortably accommodate an additional sleeper. If you crave relaxation, our upstairs loft is wide open with bamboo floors and lots of light, making it a perfect place for some morning yoga. Our flat is centrally located so you can walk to downtown restaurants, waterfront and shopping. You are also just a short 20 minute drive from our world class beaches, golf courses and north shore. There is parking for one vehicle with more parking on street. Washer and dryer in the flat at no charge. We can provide a pack and play and highchair for little guests staying with us. We also have a lobster pot available on request if you're cooking a feast. *Note: flat is up one flight of stairs and is not wheel-chair accessible. **Note: An additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged on 2 night bookings only.
