Washer/Dryer on premises. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, oven, microwave and dishwasher in 2021. New countertops Dec 2024. New bathroom vanity/mirror and lighting and freshly painted 2021. The shower head is awesome. Fully furnished condo with 3 smart TV's and high speed internet. Great for working from the condo. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and beach towels. Very desirable area in a quiet neighborhood. Stroll to the famous Cocoa Beach pier by way of the beach. Near Space Coast for rocket launches and close to the port for Cruise ships (5 minute drive) and Dining. The location is great for all activities of the surrounding area (Ron Jon's, restaurants, etc.) Interested in fishing or looking for some R & R this is the perfect location for it all. Nearby shopping, golfing, paddle boards, kayak rentals etc. All things beachside for your fun in the sun. Come stay in our clean condo and enjoy all Cocoa Beach has to offer.
