Pets welcome (w/addl fee- size/# limit, 80lbs) Pet beds, crate and basic supplies available. Clubhouse with outdoor pool, playground and fitness center. Walking distance to trails, outlets and downtown Rehoboth Beach. Fully equipped kitchen stocked with pots, pans & daily necessities. Laundry room with full-size washer & dryer. Linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and pool towels) are included. Please be sure to return all items prior to leaving. Water aerobics is offered at the clubhouse pool at 9am on Monday & Wednesdays. Equipment and passes are included for tenant use. BEST value for location and amenities!
