Nestled in a unique gated neighborhood with lots of amenities: beach front lake access, boat ramp, fishing dock, volleyball court, picnic tables, kayaks, play ground, basketball court. Quick commute to Tampa via the Suncoast/Veterans Express Way
Freshly remodeled from top to bottom. King size bed in the Master with a private bathroom and door to the porch. There are kayaks available for use. The home is located across form the street from a smaller lake that feeds into one of the 2 larger lakes. Bring your boat or water toys. There is a community boat ramp. The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Such a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the Florida weather.
