Negative: I just want to let you have some constructive feedback on our stay at 4 Broomfield Road The beds were not set up as requested so we decided to use the double. However this was so uncomfortable that we moved to use the single beds in the other room. The double bed mattress needs replacing as it has protruding springs and is not fit for purpose. I note that others have mentioned this in their feedback. The shower temperature safety stop is faulty making it difficult to regulate temperature. The shower on/off tap is very stiff to move. This is a safety issue and I suggest you replace the unit. We thought it odd that you have two wardrobes in the front room and non in the back room. Suggest you swap one with the chest of drawers. Other things that were lacking: No bath mats for the floor or for the slippery bath. I have balance issues so we bought a mat. Only one hand towel for the whole week No kitchen towel No dish cloth No egg cups No butter dish No teapot Inadequate amount of cutlery No instruction for disposal of tins or what day to put bins out.
