The space
THE SPACE:
UNIT #3: Upstairs - 3 Guestrooms, 3 beds and 2 full bathrooms and 6 person maximum occupancy.
Guestroom #1: 1 King Bed with full en-suite bathroom (bathroom shared with guestrooms #2), smart TV and private entrance to deck.
Guestroom #2: 1 Queen size bed and full en-suite bathroom (bathroom shared with guestrooms #1.)
Guestroom #3: 2 Full size bunk beds. This room is located off the main living area.
Bathroom #1: Guestrooms #1 and #2 share a large full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
Bathroom #2: Guestroom #3 and the main living area shares bathroom #2 and it includes a vanity sink, toilet, and shower. The washing machine and dryer are located in this bathroom.
Laundry Facilities: a stackable washing machine and dryer is located in bathroom #2. Detergent and bounce sheets are available for guests use during their stay. Also, Bayview laundromat is only a 3-minute walk away.
Living Area: Large leather sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table and smart TV. The main living and kitchen areas are cooled with a split style ac system. Please refer to the guidebook as to how to operate the AC
Kitchen: Full kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator, oven and range, dishwasher, single basin sink, and plenty of cabinet space for everything you will need to cook from home. The sink is located on the kitchen island along with 3 barstools. Dish soap, scrub pads, dishwasher soap, trash bags and kitchen cleaning supplies are all included.
Deck: This large deck is gorgeous and big enough for the whole family to enjoy the Idaho outdoors. It has outdoor seating, dining table, firepit and BBQ. The BBQ has cooking utensils and propane tanks are included.
Parking: There is ample parking at this home. If you are visiting the area for recreation like boating, for wheel driving or snowmobiling, there is plenty of room for trucks and trailers. You are allowed to park around the top of the property by the front entrance to your rental.
No smoking of any kind on the premises.
No parties : Parties are not allowed as this home unless approved by host prior to guest's arrival.
Quite Hours: Please respect quiet time between the hours of 10 pm to 9 am

Guests have access to the entire upstairs and parking lot.
There is a shared hot top. You will be renting the top floor and if there are any guests on the bottom floor they also have access to the hot tub. There are rules posted. Please adhere to all rules.
Keyed Entry: The entry door is accessed by a key which i s locked in a lockbox. The code will be sent to you 48 hours befire your scheduled arrival. The lockbox is located next to the entry door.
Bayview is a walking community. You can walk, ride bikes or take a golf cart or ATV just about any place you need to go to in the town of Bayview.

There is a community hot tub if you are renting the Bungalows. You can rent the entire house, which sleeps 12, or you can rent only the top floor that sleeps 6. There is another option, you can rent only the bottom floor that sleeps 6. If you are renting a portion of the home, the hot tub is for all guests. There are rules posted and you need to adhere to the rules.
If you are renting the entire property, you have all the parking and only your guests will have access to the hot tub.
