New To VRBO! We only rent the cottage for one snowbird season per year and therefore our cancellation policy allows us time to find another traveler. Also our reviews will be slim with only a couple of stays per year. However, we can provide references at the property if needed. Two people maximum per the community rules Pets are allowed but must be under 25 pounds. There is a side yard for easy access.
Nice little home in Orangewood Lakes Estates Adults Only 47+ Community. At least one person must be 47 or older and if there is another, that person must be at least 45. (no children allowed) The mobile home is located directly across from the Community Social Pool and Recreation Area, this vintage-style yet modern and pet-friendly home offers all of the amenities you will need for an amazing stay.
The home features beach towels, pool supplies, extra linens per bedroom, a full serviceable kitchen with all of the extras and comfortable, air-conditioned, Florida Room for lounging and entertaining which features new power recliners- Please note there is WIFI but NO CABLE. There is a smart TV for channel access in the living and Florida Room.
Orangewood Lakes is known for their fun atmosphere and diverse international snowbirds. Come stay and experience the ease of a walkable community and 5 minute drive to the downtown New Port Richey area with quaint shops and local eateries and night-life.
Central Air and a separate air conditioner for the Florida Room Washer and dryer inside the home.
Again, Small dogs and cats are allowed. Dogs must be under 25 lb. and cats must be inside cats and very clean.
