Positive: Plenty of room. Comfortable bed.
Negative: The room appears to be a converted carport. So entering the guest room from the main house, one has to step down into the room. Then slightly step up from the guest room to the bathroom. If you are elderly, this could be an issue. I return air grill in the guest room entry door allowed some nose and owner vape fumes to come into the guest space. Dehumidifier in the guest room needed to remain "on" and ran most of the time.
Summary: Just okay.
