LOCATED AT #13 ON THE MAP... This beautiful, small cottage on the water front is located in the historic town of New Plymouth on the bay !!! It has completely been sanitized and fully renovated and freshly painted , new curtains, brand new furniture,and all linens . Washer and dryer available in house. It is NOT on the ocean side. Sorry we have no dock for overnight docking. A small dingy dock for loading and off loading is available.
The Master bedroom with king size bed. 2nd bedroom with queen size bed . Living room has a queen size sofa bed , and Ice cold A/C.
Large front porch to sit and drink your morning coffee and to watch the evening sunsets. Walk out on the long main dock just a few feet away from your front door.Feed the fish or fish for dinner. There is blue ray dvd player with TV , Internet wifi at the cottage. Just steps away at New Plymouth liquor store and cafe has breakfast and fresh hot coffee. Conch fritters and much more.
Walking distance to shops, many new restaurants are open now . Beautiful beaches, fishing, shelling, museums, bars and liquor store. Also LIVE Entertainment and dancing at the GREEN TURTLE CLUB with the famous GULLY ROASTERS BAND !!!!GOLF CART NEEDED TO GET TO THE Clubs. Please rent your golf cart in advance highly suggested . ALL IN WALKING DISTANCE is SUNDOWNERS BAR ! Pool table and food and live entertainment! Karaoke on one night during the week. THE WRECKING TREE RESTAURANT Best conch burger in town !
